[00:01.2]
Welcome to the Energy CEO show, where strategy meets soul and leadership starts in the body. I'm your host, Gina Soleil. If you've been feeling like something about the way you're working just doesn't work anymore, this space is for you. Whether you're leading a business, growing a team, or navigating a seasonof change, and you're ready for a more aligned way forward, we're here to explore what that looks like.
[00:27.2]
Today's conversation is about the leadership harmonic. Choose the sprint. If you're new here, you'll hear me use a few words in these conversations, like frequency codes and harmonics. Here's what I mean by that. Leadership harmonics are practical, energetic truths for leaders and entrepreneurs who are building businesses, growing teams, and navigating career pivots.
[00:52.1]
They're tools for clarity, especially when things feel noisy, chaotic, or unclear. When I say frequency, I'm talking about the energetic state you're operating from. It's the signal you send through your words, your tone, your body, your decisions.
[01:09.8]
It's what people feel when they walk into a room, even if they don't know how to name it. And when I say codes, I'm referring to the inner architecture that shapes how you lead, decide, and build. Codes are, like your leadership DNA, the beliefs, patterns, and energetic imprints that determine how your system creates results.
[01:33.9]
Some of these codes are conscious, some are inherited, and some are waiting to be updated. In this show, we work at the level of frequency, codes, and harmonics, because if your surface tactics don't match your frequency signal, your strategy won't stick.
[01:53.3]
Now let's drop into today's leadership harmonic. Choose the Sprint: why your plans aren't sticking-and what to do instead. I'll be honest. There's a pattern I've caught myself in more times than I'd like to admit. And maybe you've seen this one, too.
[02:10.5]
I'll have an idea, a vision, a direction that lights me up. I'll start building a plan, laying out the steps, feeling the momentum start to build... And then another idea comes in. And another. And suddenly, I'm toggling between three different projects, half in, half out, wondering why none of them are actually gaining traction.
[02:35.9]
Here's what I've learned. It's not because the plan was wrong. It's because I never fully chose it. I flirted with it, I entertained it, but I didn't commit my field to it. And without that energetic commitment, confusion begins to brew, and even the best strategy will collapse.
[02:59.9]
Confusion is unmade choice. Most People think they're stuck because they don't have enough clarity. But what they really don't have is commitment. Not the hustle kind, not the push through, no matter what kind.
[03:17.0]
I mean, the kind of decision that calms your system, that says... this is where we're going now. Everything else can wait. Because unmade choices create energetic leaks and energetic leaks kill momentum.
[03:35.4]
When you're halfway into five different paths, you never give any one of them enough energy to actually work. This isn't a willpower problem, it's a field problem. Your system is confused. Not because you're indecisive, but because your energy hasn't had a clear direction in a long time.
[03:57.7]
Choosing is how you create momentum. Momentum isn't magic, it's alignment over time. And that starts with a clear choice. Not the perfect choice, not the forever choice, just one clear, soul aligned decision that you actually honor.
[04:17.8]
Choosing creates coherence in your system. It says to your mind, your heart, your body, we're moving in this direction now. And from that place the sprint can begin. Here's a practice to help you choose your sprint and build momentum.
[04:37.0]
Decide your core focus for the next 30 days and make it your sprint. Right now, I want you to zoom all the way out and look at everything on your plate. All the projects, offers, ideas, pivots and possibilities.
[04:56.6]
And ask yourself, if I could only choose one thing to focus on for the next 30 days, what would actually move my mission forward? What's the project, plan or idea that you're most resourced to bring through?
[05:14.1]
That you've already laid groundwork for? Or, your body actually feels excited about, not just responsible for? Name it. Even if it feels too simple, even if it scares you to commit, just name it.
[05:32.2]
Because clarity doesn't require complexity, it requires commitment. Now that you've chosen your 30 day sprint, your one thing to focus on... Eliminate side paths that drain you.
[05:49.2]
It's time to clear the way. What needs to go on pause while you bring this to life? Maybe it's a collaboration you're not fully in. A content plan that's trying to serve too many people at once. A backend project you thought was urgent but isn't.
[06:06.3]
This isn't about quitting, it's about sequencing. Your system can't fully activate momentum if it's still tracking seven other paths. So give it permission to focus. Pause the side paths, park them in a folder, set a reminder for 30 days from now, and then come back to the 1.
[06:30.0]
Choose your sprint and give it your field. The result? A clear soul aligned decision, and the energy to walk it. When you stop trying to do it all you actually become someone who finishes things.
[06:47.6]
That's what creates traction. That's what makes a business feel real again and that's what puts you back in the seat of leadership, not just management. The next 30 days don't need to be dramatic, they just need to be decided.
[07:06.2]
Thanks for tuning in to the Energy CEO show. If this episode gave you one thing to act on, choose it. Let it be enough. That's how momentum builds. One decision, one sprint, one aligned next step.
